Look Ahead Care and Support
Wendy Rowley is an experienced professional in the field of volunteer management and support services. Currently serving as the Volunteering Manager at Look Ahead Care and Support since August 2014, Wendy oversees multiple volunteering programs, including the Expert by Experience initiative, which enables individuals with lived experiences to train and support others in the community. Prior to this role, Wendy worked at St Giles Trust from November 2006 to May 2014 as a Senior Case Worker, where responsibilities included coordinating a project to aid women transitioning from prison to the community, delivering life skills training, and training new volunteers. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Studies and Criminology from The Open University and a degree in Health and Social Welfare from Kingsmead Comprehensive.
