Andrew Leary began their career in 1992 as an Agent at ICM Partners. In 1994, they joined Atlantic Records as VP A&R/Multimedia. In 1996, they moved to EMI Music as SVP Business Development for the Entertainment Properties division. In 1998, they founded and became CEO of Style365, a global lifestyle directory for upscale consumers. In 2001, they became Managing Partner at StreetWise Concepts & Culture, a full-service, non-traditional youth marketing agency. In 2004, they founded and became CEO of Passenger (now Fuel Cycle), a SaaS platform that helps companies integrate customer voice into their business processes. In 2010, they joined Ipsos as CEO of Ipsos SMX (Social Media Exchange) and EVP of the Global Innovation Center. In 2018, they joined the MIT Sloan School of Management as a member of the MIT Innovation Lab. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded LOOK OPTIC, a leader in sustainable, non-prescription eyewear.
Andrew Leary has an educational background in business, law, and marketing. Andrew obtained a BS in Business from Indiana University Bloomington, a Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston, and was a Member of the MIT Innovation Lab. Andrew also completed Executive Education in Marketing at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
