Fiona Chan

Fiona Chan is a partner and technical recruiter at Lookahead. Prior to that, they served as a senior front-end developer and scrum master at Learnosity from February 2014 to October 2015. There, they were responsible for setting up CSS coding standards and educating team members on how to write maintainable CSS. Fiona also worked closely with designers and product managers on developing new user interface for Question Editor API, Author API, company site and documentation site. From August 2013 to February 2014, Fiona worked as a front-end developer at Westfield, where they helped create a new responsive website for the company. Fiona is experienced in collaborating with UX, designer, business analyst and backend developers to create responsive websites.

Fiona Chan completed a Bachelor of Digital Media at UNSW. Fiona then went on to get certified in Diversity Recruiting and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn. Finally, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
