Miguel Angel Veganzones

Miguel Angel Veganzones has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 when they were a PhD Student and Personal Docente Investigador (PDI) at Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU). From 2012 to 2014, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at GIPSA-lab, Grenoble-INP, Laboratoire d'Étude des Transferts en Hydrologie et Environnement (LTHE), CNRS, and GIPSA-lab, Université Joseph Fourier. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at GIPSA-lab, CNRS, and from 2016 to 2018, they were a Data Science Manager at NEM Solutions. In 2018, they became the Director of Artificial Intelligence at Sherpa.ai, and in 2021, they were appointed VP of Data at Lookiero.

Miguel Angel Veganzones obtained an International Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineering degree in Computer Science (BAC+5) from the same university between 1998 and 2005. Additionally, they hold certifications from DataCamp and Databricks in Data Analyst with R Track and Fundamentals of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, respectively.
