Alina Mambo

Alina Mambo has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Barista at Indigo, where they provided excellent customer service, worked in a team environment, and prepared drinks according to standards. From 2016 to 2016, Alina was a Program Officer Intern at Girls Action Foundation, where they updated backgrounders, created and edited activity guides, and consolidated data in Excel spreadsheets. In 2017, they interned as a Software Engineering Intern at CDI Professional Services, Ltd. Additionally, they served as the President of the Electrical, Computer, and Software Engineering Student Society of McGill University from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Alina joined Gorilla Group as a Hybris Developer Associate Consultant, responsible for account planning, providing support and solutions for critical tickets, and delivering custom e-commerce solutions for clients. Alina later became a Consultant and Enterprise Developer at Gorilla Group, where they worked closely with project managers to meet clients' goals. Currently, Alina is working as a Security Intelligence Researcher at Lookout, starting in 2022.

Alina Mambo completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University between 2014 and 2018. Before that, they obtained a D.E.C. in Health Science from Marianopolis College from 2012 to 2014.
