Maria Montis Kramer

Maria Montis Kramer currently serves as the Directora of LOOM, the Flex Space brand of Merlin Properties SOCIMI, having been part of the founding team since June 2017. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions including Dirección Adjunta de Patrocinio at Teatro Real, where responsibilities included sponsorship management and fundraising. Experience also includes serving as Head of Legal at ING Commercial Banking, providing comprehensive legal support for bank operations, and as an In-house Lawyer for ING REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, focusing on real estate law. Early career experiences involved managing AMI and working as Legal Counsel at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira. Maria holds an MBA from IE Business School, a Master's degree in Institutional Relations and Protocol from Universidad CEU San Pablo, and a specialist course in Intellectual Property and the Music Industry from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes.
