Harini Karthik is the current Director of Data Science at Loom. Prior to their current position, they were the Sr Director of Data Science at Shipt, which was acquired by Target. Before that, they were the VP & Head of Data at YouCaring, which was acquired by GoFundMe. Harini has also held positions as Director of Analytics at LOYAL3 and Manager of Analytics at Ask.com. Harini began their career as a Structured Asset Analyst Intern at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and then became a Senior Analyst at Target. Harini also interned as a Quantitative Analyst at Securian Financial Group.

Harini Karthik has a Master in Financial Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Anna University. Harini also has certification from Tableau Software in Tableau Desktop 7.0 Core certification.
