Zach Waugh

Zach Waugh is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in iOS and macOS development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Loom since August 2024, Zach previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Rewatch, where significant contributions included leading the development of the company's first iOS app and creating a native macOS screen recorder. Prior to that, Zach was the Lead iOS Developer at Basecamp, overseeing major app releases and numerous updates. As the founder of Giant Comet, Zach developed various iOS and macOS applications, with the Flint app being the most notable. Additional roles include macOS Developer at CloudApp, Software Engineer at Figure 53, and Web Developer at fastspot. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
