Barry Waite

Barry Waite's work experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at The Loomis Communities since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President of Human Resources at The Brattleboro Retreat from 2018 to 2023. Barry also served as Director of Human Resources at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Rhode Island from 2017 to 2018, and as Corporate Director of Human Resources & Employee Engagement at Holyoke Medical Center from 2014 to 2017. Barry has also held various human resources roles at Loomis Communities, HealthBridge Management, Baystate Health, Qualidigm, and Masspro. Additionally, Waite served as a Board of Directors member at Children's Museum at Holyoke from 2008 to 2010.

Barry Waite completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Psychology from Boston College from 1984 to 1989. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they obtained a Master's degree in Health Communications & Marketing from Emerson College.
