Amy Cieszynski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Amy started their career at MFS Investment Management in 2004, where they held roles as a Senior Compliance Specialist and a Team Manager for Non Cash Compensation. In these positions, they reviewed expenses and ensured compliance with financial regulations. Amy also developed policies and procedures for the company's Concur expense system and provided training to employees.

In 2010, Amy joined EMC as an Associate Program Manager, where they provided support for policy and process inquiries related to Concur and Travel & Expense. Amy was also part of the Concur Expense Upgrade Project Team.

After their time at EMC, Amy worked at Columbia Threadneedle Investments as a Team Manager for Intermediary Liaison. In this role, they managed a team and ensured excellent service to dealer back offices while adhering to regulatory standards.
