Erika Fallon

Erika Fallon has extensive experience in administrative and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant at Loomis, Sayles & Company since June 2016, Erika has progressed through multiple administrative positions, including Administrative Supervisor and Senior Administrative Assistant to Trading. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Associate Store Manager at Coach from October 2011 to June 2016, and worked as District Visual Coordinator at Lands' End, where responsibilities included developing visual plans and training shop managers. Erika's career began at Sears Holdings Corporation, where a role as Shoe Manager was held from September 2004 to May 2008. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Castleton University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
