Ivelina started their career as an Associate Consultant at The Asaba Group in 2005, where they conducted primary and secondary research on market and industry developments. Ivelina also prepared annual benchmarking tools to support clients' business planning.
In 2008, Ivelina joined Fidelity Investments as a Research Services Analyst. Ivelina assisted the team of Equity Research Analysts in managing their sector model portfolios and designed a new reporting process for the portfolios. Ivelina later became a Senior Market Research Analyst, responsible for providing actionable market insights to inform investment strategies and competitive positioning. Finally, they served as the Director of Market Research, contributing to the strategic planning process and identifying areas of growth and competitive positioning.
In 2013, Ivelina joined Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Market Intelligence Specialist. Ivelina established a new Market Intelligence function that provided objective and timely advice to various teams. Their responsibilities included continuous market monitoring, product-focused studies, and research on investment trends and peer strategies.
After a few years in this role, they were promoted to Director, Strategy and Development in 2019. In this position, they facilitated strategic business and product development decisions by providing valuable market intelligence to guide planning efforts.

Ivelina Luckens, CFA, completed their MBA at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Ivelina also participated in executive education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Ivelina obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute in October 2018.
