Michael Di Nardo has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Michael started their career at Rebel Restaurants Inc. in 2015, where they worked as a Bartender until September 2019.

In 2015, Michael also joined Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Bank Loan Settlement Specialist. Michael was responsible for closing LSTA primary and secondary par trades by collaborating with sell side counterparties. Michael also supported the day-to-day operations of the trade desk. Michael'swork helped the team achieve a high ranking in bank loan settlement time.

From June 2016 to December 2017, Michael worked as a Portfolio Administrator for Loomis, Sayles & Company. Michael performed cash and asset reconciliations for approximately seventy Loomis managed funds and developed proficiency in software programs such as Checkfree, Accounting InSite, and Bloomberg. Michael also maintained strong working relationships with custodian banks.

In December 2017, Michael transitioned to the role of Portfolio Administrator - Mutual Funds Daily Desk, where they performed daily cash and asset reconciliations for a desk of approximately twelve Loomis managed mutual funds. Michael excelled under high intensity work environments and implemented more efficient reconciliation processes through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

In September 2018, Michael took on the role of Fixed Income Trading - Leveraged Loans Desk (Bank Loans) - Trading Assistant/Portfolio Specialist. Michael continued to excel in cash and asset reconciliations while assisting with trading activities and providing portfolio support.

Michael's most recent role at Loomis, Sayles & Company is as a Fixed Income Trading - Leveraged Loans Desk (Bank Loans) - Junior Trader. Michael started in May 2021 and is currently involved in trading activities and handling the bank loans desk.

Throughout their work experience, Michael has consistently demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly, develop strong working relationships, and efficiently perform cash and asset reconciliations to ensure data integrity and prevent losses to the firm.

Michael Di Nardo attended Saint Anselm College from 2010 to 2012. After that, they transferred to Franklin Pierce University, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from 2012 to 2014.
