Carmen Ayuga Sánchez-Mora

Carmen Ayuga Sánchez-Mora is the Financial Director and ESG Lead at Loomis Spain since May 2023, responsible for overseeing the financial team handling accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, billing, purchasing, and sustainability in a multinational security and payment solutions company. Previously, Carmen served as the Global Financial Director at Grupo Ingenium Tecnología from October 2015 to September 2022, managing the financial operations across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. Prior experience includes roles as CAPEX Controller at Vodafone Netherlands and Finance Director at Ubisoft Iberia. Carmen began their career as an accountant at Hidroguadiana S.A. Educational achievements include an Executive Master in Financial Management from IE Business School and a degree in Economics and Business from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, Carmen holds a diploma in Tourism from Escuela Oficial del Turismo.
