David D Keyser

David D Keyser, MBA, SMS has over 20 years of experience in risk management and loss prevention. David D began their career at Loomis in 2001, where they served as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager, overseeing safety and security for 47 branches in the West. During their time at Loomis, David achieved the lowest Cost of Risk for seven out of eight years.

In 2009, David joined C.R. England as the Corporate Director of Risk Management. In this role, they managed a team of 16 employees and had P&L responsibility for three cost centers. David D also worked closely with brokers and underwriters to write and place insurance programs.

David then joined BBSI in 2013 as a Risk Management Consultant, where they orchestrated consulting engagements with 70 PEO clients. David D delivered an impressive first-year loss ratio of 19%, one of the lowest in the nation.

Since 2014, David has been back at Loomis, where they have held various leadership positions. David D initially served as the District Loss Prevention Manager for the Northwest region, overseeing safety, security, and loss prevention for 25 branches. David D was later promoted to Vice President of Safety, where they lead the vision, strategy, and execution for safety across 162 branches nationwide.

Throughout their career, David has consistently achieved impressive results, including reducing accident rates and injuries, achieving the best safety and security results among districts, and delivering low loss ratios. David D has extensive experience in compliance with regulatory requirements and has effectively managed teams and budgets.

David D Keyser has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Brigham Young University. David D also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Westminster University. In addition to their degrees, David has obtained the Safety Management Specialist (SMS) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2020.
