Gary Brooks joined Monogram Foods in September of 2011 as the Vice President of Tech Service. Gary is responsible for the Regulatory Compliance, Food Safety, and Quality of Monogram’s manufactured and co-packed products. Gary has an extensive knowledge in food manufacturing and regulatory requirements that he has cultivated throughout the last 27 years. Gary has held various roles in operations, quality and food safety with Perdue Farms and Wampler Foods (Pilgrim’s Pride). Gary has an Animal Science/Pre-Vet Medicine Degree from West Virginia University.
