Jeremy Whittingstall has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at Simpl. Hosting, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Executive Officer and partner at Loomo Marketing, where they led a team in developing marketing strategies and plans to help clients achieve their visions. Jeremy Whittingstall has an extensive education history. Jeremy began their education journey in 2002 at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Diploma in Technology with a focus on Broadcast Television & Media Communications. After completing their Diploma in 2004, Jeremy went on to pursue further education at Royal Roads University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Professional Communication from 2008 to 2010.
Jeremy's commitment to education continued, and from 2011 to 2013, they enrolled in Royal Roads University once again, this time to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Communication. As a result, they deepened their expertise in this field.
Moreover, in 2012, Jeremy sought further professional recognition and completed the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) program at the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). This credential validated their proficiency in Communication Strategy.
In recent years, Jeremy has pursued additional skill development to stay current in their field. In 2017, they obtained a CIMC Digital Marketing & PR Certificate from CIMC, helping him stay up-to-date in the evolving world of digital marketing. Additionally, in 2018, they completed an Instructional Skills Workshop at Douglas College, enhancing their knowledge in education.
Most recently, in 2021, Jeremy Whittingstall attended Lighthouse Labs, where they completed the Introduction to Front-End Development with Javascript program. This course allowed him to develop their skills in web design and digital/multimedia information resources design.
