Paula Gorman

Paula Gorman is a seasoned professional in customer success, project management, and operational excellence, currently building a networking community for women at Loop since July 2024. As the owner of Lift Group since January 2022, Paula provides consulting services focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and customer success. In 2024, Paula became a founding member of the Impact Table, which aims to support women mission-driven leaders. Previously, Paula held leadership roles at WorkBoard Inc., where responsibilities included building an implementation team and overseeing customer success management. Paula's extensive experience also includes positions at Formation, Plenty, Fellow AI, Lexicon Branding, UBMobile, and Egon Zehnder, where skills in team management, deployment operations, and project execution were developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of San Francisco.
