Victor Manea

Victor Manea has over 20 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Loop Energy Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of hydrogen fuel cell systems for automotive OEMs. In this role, Victor is responsible for expanding the company's global presence, managing the order-to-delivery process, and building additional manufacturing capacity. Victor has streamlined product offerings, integrated the supply chain strategy, and improved operations, resulting in a 36% reduction in costs and improved customer delivery.

Prior to their current role, Victor worked as the Manager of Operations and Supply Chain at SHW Pump and Engine Components. Victor successfully launched four powertrain components programs for the Americas, ensuring on-time and budget delivery of 273K-512K units per year to customer engine plants.

Victor also gained extensive experience at Magna Powertrain, where they served as the Group Operations Director for North America and Europe from 2008 to 2013. Before that, they held the position of Group Operations Manager. Additionally, they worked as the General Manager at Metalforming Technologies, INC from 2001 to 2003.

From 2004 to 2007, Victor Manea attended the University of Alberta - Athabasca, where they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration.
