Tom Jenkins has over 16 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Tom began their career in 2001 as an Account Manager at The JJ Group, where they managed the creation of marketing collateral for Volvo dealers. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at CooneyBains, where they were responsible for managing integrated B2C dealer marketing campaigns for Mercedes-Benz UK. During their time at CooneyBains, they also served as a consultant for specific dealer groups, advising on marketing plans and setting KPIs. In 2011, they moved on to The Frank Agency, where they worked as a Senior Account Manager. In 2012, they joined River Agency as an Account Director, overseeing the Jaguar Land Rover UK sales and aftersales incentive programs. Tom managed website content, awards, event planning, and budget for the entire account. Since 2017, they have been working at Loop as a Client Programme Director, overseeing key business intelligence programs and the development of automotive reporting and analysis websites and tools.
Tom Jenkins obtained their A-levels in English, Communication Studies, and Sport Studies from New College, Swindon, which they attended from 1995 to 1997. Tom then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (hons) degree in Media and PR at the University of Exeter from 1997 to 2000.
