Claire Proudlove has more than 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the recruitment and talent management industry. Currently, they serve as the Group Director of Client Programme Services at Serocor, where they are responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client programs across multiple service lines and brands within the company. Prior to this, Claire held positions such as Director of Project & Performance Services and Director of Service Delivery at Optamor, where they partnered with customers to implement flexible and scalable solutions and technology. Claire also served as Head of Managed Services & Training at both Optamor and Advanced Resource Managers, where they were responsible for delivering performance-focused, people-led solutions for clients. Additionally, Claire worked as a Practice Manager at Square One Resources Ltd and as a Recruitment Consultant at Pacific Systems International. Claire began their career as an Associate Consultant at Oracle Corporation.
Claire Proudlove attended Bournemouth University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Claire has also obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from FIRST AID AWARDS LIMITED in October 2022. Claire is also a Fellow of the Institute for Recruitment Professionals and holds the MICW certification from the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW).
