Nihal Baldwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as the founding Customer Success Manager at Loop Subscriptions since June 2023, Nihal has established the Customer Success process and manages a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands with annual sales of $300 million. Prior experience includes roles at Freshworks, where Nihal managed a $6 million ARR portfolio from Mid Market North America accounts, and at Servetel Communications as a Sales Engineer, providing technical sales support.
