Johanna Beaulieu

Johanna Beaulieu has been working in the real estate industry since 2003. Johanna started as a Leasing Consultant for CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC., and then moved to Equity Residential in 2006, where they also worked as a Leasing Consultant. In 2009, they joined Gables Residential, where they held all roles in multi-family residential from leasing, assistant manager and property manager. During their time at Gables, they were awarded the 2012 National Apartment Association Paragon Leasing Professional of the Year, the 2014 Austin Apartment Association Assistant Manager, and the 2018 Gables Excellence Award for Leadership and Mentoring and Sales. In 2019, they moved to REX as an Account Manager and is currently an Account Manager at Loop & Tie.

Johanna Beaulieu holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at Austin. Johanna also has a certification from the National Apartment Association (NALP).
