Yiqiang Zhao

Yiqiang Zhao has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they founded Lipintao.com. In 2013, they worked as an Architectural Assistant for DongFangHuaCai Architecture. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Graduate Tutor and iOS Developer at The University of Edinburgh, where they developed the EdenApp iOS app, database and website. Yiqiang also taught tool apps in the university and field study apps for several universities research groups. In 2021, they joined HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd as part of the HS2 Innovation Accelerator Cohort 3 and also became the Co-Founder & CEO of Looper.

Yiqiang Zhao attended Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University from 2010 to 2012. Yiqiang then continued their education at the University of Liverpool, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture in 2014. Yiqiang then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Smart Cities and Urban Analytics at UCL, which they completed in 2015.
