Eugene P. is the current Vice President of Human Resources, Regulatory, Safety, and Security at LOOP LLC, the United States' only deepwater crude oil port. Previously, Eugene held various roles at Chevron, including Organizational Capability Manager and Senior Facility Engineer. Eugene also worked at Entergy as an Environmental/Chemistry Specialist and Senior Environmental Engineer. Eugene holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Physics, as well as an MBA in Management from Tulane University.
