Manas Patil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Manas is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Loopr AI since December 2022. Prior to this, from January to December 2022, they worked as the National Head (Rural Coe - Loans & CreditCards) at Bajaj Finserv.
Manas also has extensive experience in the digital platforms and retail industry. From September 2018 to February 2022, they were the Head of Digital Platforms at bbinstant, formerly known as Kwik24, India's first unmanned cashless smart store. Moreover, they served as the Director of Engineering (Founding Member) at Kwik24 from March to September 2018, contributing to the successful setup and scaling of India's first unmanned cashless smart store with 160 locations.
Before venturing into the digital and retail sectors, Manas worked at BT as a Technology Consultant from October 2011 to February 2018, where they held the position of Lead Product Manager. Manas was responsible for the OSS/BSS stack, including systems such as quoting and ordering, provisioning, and billing.
Prior to BT, Manas worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Geometric Ltd. from April 2010 to June 2012. Manas was involved in software programming and design for Teamcenter Product Master Management, which specializes in inventory management and visualization of automobile structures.
Manas began their career at Tech Mahindra, where they worked from September 2006 to March 2010. Manas held the positions of Senior Technical Associate and Technical Associate, taking on responsibilities such as designing system architectures, coordinating client requirements, and developing applications using various technologies.
Manas also underwent training at Infrasoft Technologies Limited from March 2005 to April 2006.

Manas Patil completed their S.S.C from Holy Family High School in the year 2000. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from the University of Mumbai from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they attended the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from 2007 to 2009.
