Chris Everest

Chris Everest has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Chris started their career at Jacobson Bekins Logistics in 2003 as a System Analyst before moving on to Abbott Laboratories in 2004, where they worked as a System Analyst until 2009.

In 2009, they joined Geeknet as a Systems/Programmer Analyst, responsible for site operations for popular media properties such as SourceForge.net and Slashdot.org.

In 2012, Chris joined Abbott Nutrition as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, where they played a vital role in business analytics and the integration of SAP Inventory Management and external warehouse management systems.

Chris then joined CoverMyMeds in 2013, where they held various roles including Operations Engineer, Manager of Production Operations, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, Pharmacy, and Director of Engineering, Platform. In these roles, they managed cross-functional teams, contributed to the agile process, and oversaw personal growth in various engineering roles.

Most recently, Chris joined Loop as an Engineering Director in 2022.

Chris Everest attended The Ohio State University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2001, they also briefly studied at Technische Universität Dresden, although the degree obtained and field of study during that time is unknown.
