Jamila Feaster-Rawls has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jamila started their career in 2011 in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Missile Combat Crew Commander, leading teams responsible for the security and operation of valuable assets. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant within the Air Force.
After leaving the military, Jamila worked as an Executive Assistant at VidiStar, LLC from 2016 to 2017. Jamila then joined Listrak and held multiple roles, including Executive Assistant, Administrative Analyst, and Account Manager from 2017 to 2020.
In 2020, Jamila joined Octane AI as an Account Manager, and later transitioned into a Team Lead role in 2021. Jamila stayed with Octane AI until 2022.
Following their time at Octane AI, Jamila joined Clearbit in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working at Loop as an Enterprise Merchant Success Manager.
Throughout their career, Jamila has demonstrated their ability to excel in various roles, showcasing their skills in customer success, account management, and executive support.
Jamila Feaster-Rawls obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Winthrop University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Jamila later pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Villanova University, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.
