Jennifer Yim

Jennifer Yim began their work experience at Microsoft in 2008 as a Program Manager II in Windows Web Services. In this role, they delivered successful service deployments and hotfixes for the Windows.com property, ensuring zero downtime. Jennifer then transitioned to the role of Senior Program Manager in Windows Shell, where they led and managed feature functionality related to the language model for touch screen typing, reducing Windows disk footprint and achieving a seamless language experience for users. Jennifer's next role at Microsoft was as a Senior Program Manager in Windows Shell, Continuum, where they defined and executed wireless docking scenarios for PCs and Phones, collaborating with hardware vendors to drive innovation for enterprise worker productivity. Jennifer managed and drove a feature for automatic reconnection from Windows devices to wireless docks based on proximity. Afterwards, Jennifer joined Borealis AI in 2018 as a Product Lead, contributing to the company until 2019. Jennifer then moved on to Shopify, where they worked as a Product Lead from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Principal Product Manager at Loop, starting in 2022.

Jennifer Yim completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech between the years 2004 and 2008. Additionally, during the same time period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Economics & Management from the same institution.
