Kaitlyn Barger

Kaitlyn Barger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kaitlyn started their career as a Student Assistant with The Ohio State University, where they provided support to thirty-six varsity sports teams. Kaitlyn also worked as a Lead Intern, assisting the Women's Soccer and Women's Lacrosse teams in various capacities.

After their time at The Ohio State University, Kaitlyn joined Dynasty Volleyball Club as a Club Volleyball Coach and Assistant Club Director. In this role, they played a significant role in creating a new club volleyball program, managing multiple teams and overseeing various aspects of operations.

Kaitlyn then transitioned to Champion Trading Group, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Trader. Kaitlyn worked closely with the CEO, gaining valuable experience in entrepreneurship and handling logistics and negotiation deals.

Next, Kaitlyn joined NetJets as an Account Manager, serving a large number of owners and ensuring their needs and goals were met. Kaitlyn leveraged their knowledge of individual owners to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise.

Following their time at NetJets, Kaitlyn joined CoverMyMeds, where they held several roles. Kaitlyn initially worked as an Account Coordinator, managing client accounts and generating workflow changes to strengthen relationships. Kaitlyn then became a Case Manager, overseeing patient access and reimbursement support. Kaitlyn later took on the role of Project Lead, planning and implementing projects for the operations team. Kaitlyn also served as a Technical Account Manager and played a crucial role in the launch of a new program, coordinating between clients, customer success teams, and engineers. Additionally, they established and managed the roles of Tier 2 Technical Specialist and Solutions Engineer.

Kaitlyn's most recent role is with Loop, where they work as a Software Engineer. Kaitlyn has also held the role of Support Software Engineer, where they implemented technology across different applications and gained experience with various technologies.

Throughout their career, Kaitlyn has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Kaitlyn Barger attended The Ohio State University where they obtained a B.S. in Education and Human Ecology with a minor focus in Business. Kaitlyn has also acquired several additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GreyCampus in July 2020 and various courses from Codecademy, such as Learn JavaScript (obtained in May 2022), Learn HTML (obtained in August 2021), Learn Ruby on Rails (obtained in July 2021), and Learn Ruby (obtained in May 2021). Additionally, Kaitlyn has completed courses on Learning Jira Software 7.5-7.9, Stay Lean with Kanban, and Scrum: The Basics, all obtained from LinkedIn between March and April 2020.
