Lily Berry's work experience includes several roles in various industries. Lily started their career as an Initial Entry Trainee at the US Army in 2008 and went on to serve as a Healthcare Specialist and Combat Medic. Lily later became an Aid Station Manager, responsible for managing and maintaining a medical clinic. After leaving the military, Lily worked as a Server Trainer at Romano's Macaroni Grill and as a Cashier at Target.
In 2012, Lily joined Maggiano's Little Italy as a Head Server & Trainer. Lily provided professional and knowledgeable service and supervised the opening and closing of the restaurant. Lily effectively communicated with management and colleagues to drive a strong team culture.
From 2015 to 2017, Lily worked as the Beverage Director & Sommelier at Olio Cucina, Inc. Lily managed a sizable inventory of wine, beer, and liquor, and conducted regular staff training on service, knowledge, and sales.

In 2020, Lily was promoted to Senior Software Development Engineer at Thomson Reuters. Lily maintained, built, and supported a variety of tools used to deploy and administer cloud and on-premises application instances.
Most recently, Lily joined Loop as a Software Engineer in 2022. Lily works as a full-stack developer, building and maintaining Loop's e-commerce return platform. Lily utilizes Vue.js and Laravel to integrate with Shopify, Stripe, and third-party logistics providers.
Lily Berry completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California Lutheran University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Los Angeles Pierce College from 2012 to 2014, focusing on general studies. In addition to their academic degrees, Lily also obtained a certification as a Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers in December 2015.
