Renee Rutherford

Renee Rutherford is a seasoned professional in merchant success and e-commerce, currently serving as Strategic Merchant Success Manager at Loop since May 2024, where responsibilities include managing the complete lifecycle for over 100 Shopify merchants and leading contract renewals. Prior to this role, Renee worked at Shopify from February 2017 to May 2024, initially as Merchant Success Manager and later as Senior Merchant Success Manager, overseeing a significant book of business and collaborating with executive teams at prominent global brands such as SKIMS and Adidas. Additional experience includes roles in e-commerce and marketing management at OAK + FORT, THEY Representation, Sugar Studios Vancouver, and American Apparel.
