David Kornhauser

David Kornhauser is an accomplished legal professional with a broad-based corporate-commercial law practice, currently serving as a Partner at Loopstra Nixon LLP since July 2023, where the focus is on franchising, licensing, and distribution. In addition to this role, David launched a new website for The Franchising Forum in July 2014, contributing to the resource's online presence. Serving as Corporate Counsel at Macdonald Sager Manis LLP since November 2007, David brings extensive experience in franchise law, representing franchisors, franchisees, and related associations.
