Piriya T. Subendran is a Corporate and Commercial Law Clerk with extensive experience in corporate law, currently working at Loopstra Nixon LLP since July 2023 following a merger with Feige Nawrocki LLP, where Piriya served in the same capacity from April 2014 to June 2023. Previous positions include Senior Corporate Tax Law Clerk at Halpern Stockhamer from May 2005 to April 2014, with duties spanning corporate document drafting, tax dispute legal preparation, and supervision of junior clerks, as well as experience as a Telemarketer at First Contact from September 2003 to May 2005. Piriya holds a Law Clerk Diploma from Centennial College School of Business, completed between 2003 and 2005.
