Vivian Chen

Vivian Chen has a diverse work experience. Vivian currently works at Lootex as an Admin & HR manager since March 2022. Before that, they worked at FranklinCovey Taiwan as a Human Resources Executive from September 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager and HR at DT42 from February 2017 to August 2021. Vivian also worked as an Administrator at Taiwan Hitachi Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. from January 2013 to November 2015.

Vivian Chen holds a degree in Political Science from the National Defense University, where they conducted research in the field of political science. Vivian also obtained a Bachelor's degree from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, specializing in Western languages and literature. Additionally, they have certifications in Compensation Administration and Payroll Administration from CHRMA - Society for Human Resource Management of China, obtained in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
