Tylke's background includes significant positions at Moen Incorporated, spanning from Manager of Materials Control to Sr. Master Production Scheduler, as well as Production and Project Planner at Howden North America Inc. and various roles at Snyder Manufacturing, Inc. Tylke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sociology, and Spanish from Ohio University, and an MBA from the University of Mount Olive.
