David Lichota

David Lichota has a diverse work experience in finance and operations spanning over 17 years. David is currently the Director of Finance, Americas at Loparex, a position they started in October 2022. Before that, from February 2020 to June 2022, they worked at BioDelivery Sciences International as the Director of Finance Operations. In this role, they led a cross-functional team in implementing and launching a new ERP system, resulting in improved efficiency and integration of supply chain operations. David also had direct responsibility for inventory valuation, purchasing, budgeting, and ensuring SOX compliance. Prior to this, David held various roles at Bayer, including Head of Strategy & Support from May 2014 to August 2019, Site Controller from January 2011 to May 2014, Manager of Cost Accounting & Site Controlling Support from January 2009 to December 2010, and Accounting Specialist from August 2005 to December 2008. In these roles, they were responsible for driving strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and insight, and overseeing financial processes and compliance.

David Lichota has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. David also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
