Richard Howard - Retired

Richard Howard is a retired project engineer with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering management. At Loparex LLC, Richard successfully managed new equipment purchases and installations while also leading the maintenance department, achieving an average reduction of 22% in unplanned maintenance downtime through Six Sigma methods. Prior experience includes serving as a maintenance engineer and project manager at FilmTec Corporation, where Richard oversaw $75 million in production equipment, and as a process engineer and project manager at Up North Plastics, Inc., where Richard enhanced production efficiency and managed significant engineering projects, including the installation of storage silos. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.
