Brooke Davis has extensive work experience in the food industry. Brooke started their career in 1997 as a summer intern at Luthi Family Farms. In 2000, they joined ConAgra Beef Company (Swift & Co.) as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and worked there until 2003. In 2004, they joined Lopez Foods, Inc as the Assistant Director of Corporate Food Safety & Quality Systems. Alongside their professional career, they also managed their family cow-calf operation, Rea Land & Cattle, from 1976 to 2020.
Brooke Davis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
