Catarina Teixeira's work experience began in 2016 at Pingo Doce, where they worked as a customer service representative for three months. In 2017, they joined AB&NB as an administrative HR assistant, responsible for recruitment, conducting interviews, managing training, handling employee admissions and terminations, assisting in salary processing, and organizing and managing company and employee documents. Catarina worked at AB&NB for five years until 2022. Currently, they are working at LOQR as an operations administrative assistant, starting in September 2022.

Catarina Teixeira attended ESTG - Politécnico do Porto from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a licenciatura degree in ciências empresariais (business sciences). In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several additional certifications. In September 2019, they received a certification in the English language from AEF - Associação Empresarial de Felgueiras. In December 2020, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing from AEF - Associação Empresarial de Felgueiras, and also obtained a certification in Principles of Digital Marketing from Google in November 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Management and Training in Human Resources from Foco - Formação e Consultoria in September 2021. Their most recent certification is as an Assistant in Taxation and Accounting, which they obtained from IPLNT - Instituto Português de Línguas e Novas Tecnologias in May 2022.
