João Duarte

João Duarte has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. João started their career as an intern at Inideia in 2010. João then worked as a collaborator in the IT department at Universidade Lusófona do Porto from October 2011 to September 2012. João pursued a degree in Informatics Engineering at ESTGF - Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Felgueiras | Politécnico do Porto from September 2014 to February 2015. João also earned a Licentiate Degree in Computer and Networks Security from the same institution.

From 2015 to the present, João has been working at LOQR, where they have held various roles. João started as a DevOps Manager and Backend Developer, responsible for developing backend APIs, dashboards, and maintaining continuous development on Microsoft Azure. João then transitioned to the role of DevOps and Automation Engineer, where they focused on automation, optimization, and containerization. João further explored these skills as a Backend and Microservices Developer. Currently, João works as a Site Reliability Engineer, contributing to the optimization, automation, and observability of systems using various technologies such as K8S, Docker, and ELK Stack.
