Ricardo Costa

Ricardo Costa is the founder and CEO of LOQR, a company that provides state-of-the-art solutions for integrable, professionally supported, and cost-effective security. Prior to LOQR, Ricardo was a co-owner, co-founder, and CTO of SekureKode from January 2014 to January 2015. SekureKode is now a KualityAttribute Division.

Ricardo has over ten years of experience in advising, designing, developing, and deploying advanced security solutions in the financial, government, and other sectors. Ricardo has a multidisciplinary team with specialists in various areas of information technology and law that provides the knowledge businesses require for trust, security, and innovation.

SekureKode provided state-of-the-art solutions that were fully integrable, professionally supported, and cost effective. The company also had a dedicated research team to develop innovative solutions that enable the resolution of specific problems of their clients together with their national and international partners.

Ricardo Costa has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Universidade do Minho, an MSc in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, and an Eng. in Computer Science from Universidade do Minho.
