Patrick Coleman has a diverse work experience in the education field. Patrick started their career as a Physics/Chemistry Teacher in Euclid City Schools in 2004 and held various roles such as 21st Century Teaching and Learning Coach, District Instructional Coach, and District Learning Management System Administrator. From 2014 to 2018, Patrick worked at MasteryConnect, where they served as a Client Success Manager, Regional Education Director, and Professional Development Associate. In 2016, they joined Lorain City Schools as an Assistant Principal before becoming the Principal of Titan Academy. Patrick also served as the Principal of Cuyahoga Heights High School & Middle School. Currently, Patrick holds the position of Executive Director of Educational Technology at Lorain City Schools. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, instructional expertise, and a commitment to student success.

Patrick Coleman earned a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University between 2007 and 2009. In 2017, they attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education, specifically the Harvard Institute for School Leadership program, where they focused on New and Aspiring Leaders.
