Sara Kukis

Sara Kukis is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching various subjects. Currently serving as a Teacher for Financial Literacy at Lorain City Schools since August 2022, Sara previously taught Social Studies for grades 6-8 at Breakthrough Schools from July 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a team leader and RTI coordinator. Additionally, involvement as a Student Teacher in Economics and US History occurred at Westlake City School District from January 2016 to May 2016. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in History with a focus on American History from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master's degree in Social Studies - Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
