Mariah Deitz

Mariah Deitz is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in public information and marketing. Currently serving as the Public Information Officer for Lorain County Metro Parks since July 2019, Mariah promotes park district lands, programs, and events in line with the Board of Park Commissioners' objectives. Previously, Mariah held the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at the National Association of College Stores, where responsibilities included writing and editing promotional content and managing email marketing initiatives. Mariah's earlier roles include various positions in media and sales, such as Buyer/Marketing Manager at SpaceBound, Inc., and Sales Representative at Sprint. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Kent State University and an Associate of Arts from Lorain County Community College. Additionally, Mariah completed the NAW Wholesale Division Managers Course in 2013.
