Rachel Kalizewski

Rachel Kalizewski is an experienced environmental educator and hospitality professional with a diverse background in naturalist services and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Naturalist II at Lorain County Metro Parks since February 2015, Rachel plans and evaluates educational programming for visitors, including nature camps and public programs. In addition, Rachel has been a Wine Server at Paper Moon Vineyards since September 2017, focusing on customer service and enhancing visitor experiences. Previous roles include serving as a server at 750 ml - Live well, drink better, and entertaining fans as part of the Cleveland Browns Drumline. Earlier experience as an Education Specialist with Cleveland Metroparks involved teaching elementary students about nature in a mobile classroom. Rachel's career also includes responsibilities as a Building Manager at the University of Toledo Recreation Center and a Seasonal Park Ranger at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Toledo.
