Kevin Burton

VP, Fleet Operations at Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc.

Kevin Burton is the current Vice President of Fleet Operations at Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. Kevin has been with the company since August of 2008 and has held various positions within the organization.

Most recently, Kevin served as the Director of Specialty Grinding and International Operations. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of operating and maintaining the company's fleet of contract service equipment. This included providing leadership and support to the Operations team, developing organizational habits that ensured the company operated all track maintenance services safely and effectively, and balancing total cost of ownership decisions with required financial results.

Prior to their current role, Kevin served as the Manager of Specialty Rail Grinders. In this role, they provided leadership, coaching, and support directly to Assistant Managers and Superintendents. Kevin was also responsible for delivering service excellence by measuring, evaluating, and guiding their teams to ensure professionally maintained equipment, competent and engaged crews, training and certification compliance, and a safe, reliable, and productive operation.

Kevin has been a valuable asset to Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. during their time with the company. Their experience and expertise have helped the company to grow and thrive. Kevin is committed to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the company's operations.

Kevin Burton's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in technical management with a concentration in finance from DeVry University.
