Lesley Buse

Lesley Buse is an experienced professional in financial planning and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning at Loras College since November 2020. Previously, Lesley held dual roles at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Distance Learning Center as an Instructional Designer, developing numerous online courses and training subject matter experts, and at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Division of Professional Studies as an Instructional Designer. Prior positions include Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Northeast Iowa Community College, where expertise in federal and state financial aid regulations was demonstrated, and content development in online learning as the Online and Blended Learning Coordinator. Lesley's background also includes authoring operator manuals for John Deere, serving as a Learning Resource Secretary, and conducting lien research at Credit Bureau Mortgage Services. Lesley earned a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Northern Iowa.
