Amy Dean Aia, Pe, Ap

Amy Dean, AIA, PE, LEED AP, currently serves as a Senior Associate and Project Manager at Lord Aeck Sargent since February 2023. Previously, Amy held the position of Senior Project Manager at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. from September 2019 to October 2022, and worked as a Project Manager in Facilities Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from June 2014 to September 2019, managing complex capital projects through all phases. Amy's extensive experience includes roles as a Structural Engineer at Flad Architects and Jacobs, a Project Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers, and an Engineering Intern at Slaysman Engineering Co. Amy holds a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, along with additional education in University Leadership Education and Development.
