Jaime Alvarez Aia

Jaime Alvarez, AIA, is a Senior Associate at Lord Aeck Sargent since October 2017, with a diverse background in architecture and sustainability. Previously, Jaime worked as an Intermediate Architect at Paul A. Castrucci Architect, focusing on high performance and Passive House principles, and as a Sustainability Specialist at Gerner, Kronick + Valcarcel Architects, managing LEED Certification processes for over 500,000 SqFt of various projects. Notable experience also includes: work with The Cadmus Group on LEED application reviews, remote work on energy simulations, and contributions as an Intern Architect at HKS on significant military medical center expansions. Jaime holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
